CAMPAIGN RULES

Clear rules before you play.

These foundation rules record the agreed product behavior. Final campaign dates, eligibility terms, and approved legal wording will be published before activation.

  1. 01Each protected production QR can create only one winning claim.
  2. 02The prize is assigned before printing. The animation only reveals the server-assigned prize.
  3. 03No customer account or OTP is required. A Claim ID plus recovery code is used for recovery.
  4. 04VENCCI staff review claims and manually send approved prizes using an agreed payout method.
  5. 05No Facebook post, screenshot, download, or Page Like is required. Send your Claim ID and preferred payment details privately to VENCCI; staff verify your message before approving payment.
  6. 06Never send VENCCI a recovery code, password, PIN, card number, CVV, or banking OTP.

Approval gate: final campaign rules require Cambodian legal review before launch.

If your code will not work, or you have lost the details you saved, a person at VENCCI can look it up for you.

Have these ready

  • The VENCCI box the sticker came in.
  • The serial printed next to the QR code, for example VQ-XXXXXXXXXX.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an order number.

Staff cannot recreate a lost recovery code. It is shown once and VENCCI never stores it, so a claim is checked by hand against your box and your proof of purchase.

VENCCI will never ask for your password, PIN, OTP, card number, CVV, or banking login. None of these is needed to send a reward.
